**Job Summary**

Tosa Pediatrics is an independently owned practice that serves children and their families in the greater Milwaukee area. Our **fast-paced** pediatric office is seeking an energetic individual to work as a full-time Medical Receptionist. This role must work collaboratively with all clinic staff in support of direct patient services, exhibiting flexibility and displaying a positive demeanor.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5/5:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Pleasantly greet patients and determine purpose of visit
- Collect registration forms, verify insurance information and update any new information
- Schedule patients based on predetermined appointment arrangements
- Prepare patient charts prior to appointment
- Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system, respond to inquiries and relay messages to appropriate party
- Maintain clean and organized patient waiting area

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of reception experience
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
- Ability to perform detailed work in a fast-paced environment
