**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor (PS) plays a crucial role in achieving daily production targets to meet long-term production objectives. This role entails ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and organizing workflow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise operations to maximize output efficiency.
- Provide and organize training materials for the production team.
- Lead by example, setting expectations and monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals.
- Enhance efficiency and optimize production capacity.
- Monitor and report on project and production resource requirements.
- Ensure quality targets are met and compliance with standards.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address customer complaints and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate in the transfer of products from development to production.
- Fulfill other assigned responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant manufacturing experience.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to honesty and respect.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace challenges.

- Experience in autonomous work environments.
- Familiarity with LEAN principles.
- Proactive attitude towards assisting others.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
