**Job Summary**:
As the Team Leader your responsible for organizing and performing a full range of duties of a complex nature that requires a clear understating of departmental organization, functions, policies and procedures to meet customer requirements including deadlines and quality standards. **Must have 5 or more years’ experience knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding and Auxiliary Equipment (Loaders, Dryers, Robots, and Grinders) as well Plastic Resins and Colorants.**

**Hours: Monday
- Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm (Overtime as needed)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and motivation to your shift team.
- Assist Shift Supervisor prepare the production floor for daily production.
- Serve as a resource to press operators; providing them with guidance and being available to answer questions.
- Assist Shift Supervisor with the safety of employees and operation of all equipment to prevent injury to personnel and/or damage to equipment and property.
- Help with employee breaks as needed for coverage.
- Assist Shift Supervisor with the product label process.
- Assist Shift Supervisor to meet required production schedule.
- Runs machines/jobs as time allows
- Startup/Shut down and Purge machines.
- Work on Dryers, Robots, Loaders and Grinders
- Keep up to date with Plex, and mock 2 programs.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned

**Work Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to read, understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Must be able to record and understand numerical data (counts) as it applies to Production reporting
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions and express ideas or concerns with management
- Computer skills required - working knowledge of Excel and Word Software preferred.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 30lbs +
- Frequently bend, stoop, squat, climb or twist
- Frequently sit, stand, or walk
- Repeatedly grasp, push/pull, or perform other finger and hand manipulations
- Strong leadership skills, independent thinker, strong organizational and planning skills
- Good manual dexterity and detail oriented
- May be required to work overtime
- May be required to work on weekends
- 5+years Mechanically Inclined on Plastic Injection Molding & Auxiliary Equipment (Loaders, Dryers, Robots, and Grinders).

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
