- Prepare contracts and invoices for event bookings.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a hostess or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
