**Foreman/Crew Lead/Superintendent**

**ANR remodeling and Home Services Inc. is a fast-growing remodeling and home service company headquartered in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Superintendent to run crews of Carpenters, Painters and Laborers for residential and commercial projects.**

**This position offers a base salary and bonus incentives based on performance. There is ample amount of growth within the company as we expand.**

**Position Summary**:
Crew Supervision & Leadership:

- Supervise and lead a daily crew of carpenters, painters, and subcontractors.
- Perform hands-on tasks as needed.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.

Project Coordination
- Conduct initial and final walkthroughs with customers.
- Create and complete punch lists.
- Participate in project planning meetings and collaborate with project managers and dispatchers.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Ensure job sites are clean and presentable.

Quality and Safety
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all workers adhere to safety regulations.
- Perform quality control checks.
- Prepare materials and manage inventory in the warehouse.
- Review and submit invoices.

**Requirements**:
Experience & Skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a proven track record as a foreman or supervisor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials (carpentry, painting, concrete).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and construction management software.

Other Responsibilities
- Commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to maintain a drug-free environment.
- Bilingual in Polish, Ukrainian, or Spanish is a plus.
