Accounting Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete and follow up on funding requests from finance companies on all deals.
- Review and confirm incoming funds and send bill pay requests.
- Update Unit Inventory.
- Manage Fleet Accounts.
- Arrange for Delivery and Customer Pickups.
- Request MSOs, titles, trade titles, payoff letters, vendor invoices, and lien releases.
- Issue Drive Away Permits.
- Maintains records of financial transactions, including filing and organizing financial documents.
- Assist with title work, sales taxes, and warranties.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, greet customers in the lobby.
- Assist as a backup to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in billing or accounting preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the auto industry / titling is a plus
