As an Event and Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us grow our business and make a positive impact on the community.

If you are a recent graduate, you may not have extensive work experience, but if you are passionate about marketing and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a difference. You will be able to use your creativity and knowledge of traditional and digital marketing to help generate leads and develop marketing materials that make an impact.

At ITG, we believe in investing in our team members. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work with a variety of marketing tools.

You will also have access to professional development assistance, so you can continue to grow and develop your skills.

You will be required to pass an IT Fundamentals Course (Comptia ITF+) within the first 90 days of your employment. You will be given 40 hours of paid training for the course, and 2 paid attempts to pass the exam.

**Role and responsibilities**

As an Event and Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

- Manage and develop content for ITG’s social media channels
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring campaign success
- Plan and manage meetings, events, and conferences
- Find speakers, sponsors, and communicate with event stakeholders
- Maintain an inventory of marketing/sales support materials
- Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to manage and communicate to both prospects and clients
- Continually seek and research innovative marketing tactics and sources of prospective customers
- Support the Marketing Manager in evaluating and delivering on the marketing plan and strategy for ITG

**Qualifications and education requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Ability to learn event coordination
- Ability to pass the Comptia ITF+ exam
- Ability to learn lead generation
- Ability to learn HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
