Residential Construction Superintendent

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a knack for leading residential projects? We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. If you have a background in residential construction, particularly with podium-style builds and multi-story housing, we want to hear from you Experience with historical buildings is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

**Site Supervision**:

- Manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, progress monitoring, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate construction crews, subcontractors, and other team members to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to productivity and efficiency.

**Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve construction-related challenges in a timely and effective manner, leveraging your expertise and resources to find solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in residential construction, with a strong understanding of podium-style builds and multi-story housing.
- Knowledge of historical building construction practices and preservation techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
