**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for collecting and validating additional resident information to create the lease agreement and gathering resident signatures within required timeline.
- Monitor and support move-in requirements, verify compliance with mandatory renters’ insurance as per company policy, pet information is loaded (if applicable) before move in.
- Monitor and support move-out requirements and gather forwarding address prior to move out.
- Monitor delinquency, create late letters, collect on current resident delinquency, and manage eviction process.
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers to ensure the experience is effortless and seamless.
- Partner with the IT, System Support, and other corporate partners on building systems and processes that drive efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Two years’ experience as an Assistant Manager or higher.
- Knowledge of Yardi & RealPage preferred.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel required.
- Ability to effectively present information to applicants or current residents.
- Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping practices, office practices and procedures.
- Must be detail orientated. Possess a high degree of time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Polished interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
- Ability to work in conjunction with site teams, applicants, residents, and other corporate partners.
- Must be skilled in word processing, drafting correspondence and
- Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform a variety of support assignments requiring some exercise of independent judgment.
