**Job Description**:
The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the Integrated Marketing team and User Operation team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. They will oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team and User Operation team to develop strategic marketing strategies and tactical roadmaps.
- Manage and supervise marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Work with writers and graphic designers to create advertising content that aligns with project goals and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling deadlines, and managing resources effectively.
- Collaborate on marketing campaign budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Stay updated on company products and client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors to support marketing initiatives.
- Deliver marketing assets accurately, ensuring alignment with products, key messages, and technical specifications.
- Assist in coordinating carrier co-marketing opportunities such as sweepstakes, events, and branding initiatives.
- Develop presentations and draft communications as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Project Management or similar roles, preferably in the telecom/carrier industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Chinese (oral and written) is essential.
- Strong leadership skills and collaborative working style.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
