Construction Laborer

Laborers wanted to pour concrete, oil and strip molds, cut rebar and mesh wire. You will be working directly with others while helping manufacture concrete products such as septic tanks, galleys and precast stairs. Working in all weather conditions indoor and outdoor. Must be able to lift heavy loads and load customers. Fast paced position and must work well with others. Must be reliable and have transportation to and from work at same plant location.

Mon - Fri 8:00am-4:30pm

**Duties**:

- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to, greasing/ preparing molds, building rebar wire cages, pouring & vibrating concrete, loading customers.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
