Summary:
Leads the department's direction in accordance with the strategic direction to achieve community outreach and goals within the Memorial Healthcare System.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborates with leadership to determine the departmental priorities and goals. Develops and implements new programs and services. Integrates data from multiple sources to support decision making.

Develops and implements policies and procedures that guide program processes, support the delivery of services, and ensure a culture of quality, safety and satisfaction.

Leads departmental financial planning to ensure cost-efficient operations and to maximize profitability.

Monitors and evaluates operations to ensure compliance with established professional, regulatory, and organizational standards/requirements.

Seeks grant opportunities for funding of existing as well as expansion of new programs.
