**Job Overview**:
The Golf Shop Attendant provides exceptional customer service, handles transactions using a point-of-sale system, and maintains the appearance and organization of the shop.
**Compensation**: $15.35 per hour
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Greet members and guests in a courteous and friendly manner and provide exceptional guest service.
- Tidy, dust and maintain the overall appearance of the Golf Shop.
- Make sure all carts are put away in the proper staging areas and do a count to ensure all pull carts have been returned.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them according to their level of importance
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
**Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service is preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in coordinating and promoting activities and events
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
**Physical Requirements**:
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Walk and move throughout the community common areas and facilities
- Stand for moderate periods of time
