**Position Summary**:
The Organizational Impact Coach is a learning specialist that provides community-based learning support that promotes enhanced individual and workplace performance and engagement. This position is primarily responsible for encouraging individual and organizational growth through providing comprehensive and engaging upskilling experiences in the form of coaching, training, and consulting to Lakeland Care Plus’s (LC Plus) community partners. The Organizational Impact Coach is responsible to generate relationships which yield potential leads, build qualified leads, and secure sales for LC Plus. The goal of the Organizational Impact Coach is to provide opportunities which promote and foster a culture of excellence.

**Responsibilities & Competencies**:

- Work with LC Plus community partners to achieve identified outcomes through offering coaching and learning opportunities.
- Support strategies to increase organizational impact, business growth and stabilization of the workforce.
- Identify the needs of new prospects and current clients suggesting appropriate LC Plus products or services.
- Research and implement strategies to advance learning engagement and effectiveness.
- Assess learning needs and provide learning experiences which address identified outcomes. This may include development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
- Deploy a learning evaluation strategy to demonstrate educational efficacy to external partners.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing qualified leads and finding potential new sales opportunities.
- Represent the products and services of LC Plus, using comprehensive knowledge as well as client research to explain how our solutions meet client needs.
- Develop, establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and potential partners.
- Actively mentor clients and community partners as needed to effectively guide goal attainment.
- Ensure a positive public image for the organization through public-facing communication.
- Demonstrate a high regard for LC Plus values when interacting with clients or community partners while striving to serve others.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, other related field, or equivalent combination of education and Experience (includes knowledge, skills, and abilities).
- Experience in Adult Learning/Education and training design, development, and delivery preferred.
- Coaching, and or consulting certification is preferred.
- Coach approach awareness is necessary.
- Adaptability, creativity, and ability to critically problem solve are desired.
- Plan, prioritize and organize work effectively; work successfully under pressure to meet deadlines with strong attention to quality and detail.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and proof of adequate insurance required as well as a reliable vehicle.
