Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Assisting the General Manager in creating a customer-friendly environment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or inquiries
- Manage shifts with prioritization based upon store needs and tasks as required
- Ensure conditions across the store exceed company standards
- Complies with all federal, state, and local laws and company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Works various shifts including holidays and on call (as needed)
- Manages store operations in the absence of the General Manager
- Must be able to work opposite shift of General Manager
- Resolves customer service-related issues and leads by example
- Has a full understanding of inventory receiving and auditing
- Understanding of inventory system and how to interpret sales data
- Works with vendors and follow receiving policies
- Completes required daily paperwork and troubleshoots any errors
- Knowledgeable in creating and maintaining store schedules

**Basic Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Management experience in retail, food, or fuel
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Natural leader, effective motivator, and communicator

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be flexible with hours
- Must be flexible with location
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have transportation
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Perform all other duties as assigned
