**THE JOB DETAILS | **Be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a household, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks or reaching out to the necessary vendors to help with such tasks.. This role requires a blend of overseeing the boys and their scheduled activities/school, management skills and a proactive nature to ensure the home operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, this position will include driving kids to lessons, school and or other activities. Dogs and rabbits are in this household, and the new hire will also care for them.

The Boys | Provide daily care for two boys ages 10 and 12 years old. Driving the boys to and from activities or school.

Knowledge or love of baseball or tennis is a huge perk.

Keep the boys on schedule. Teaching them time management skills. Keeping the kids safe is the number one priority. Assist with light meal prep.

House Management | Supervise and manage household staff, including cleaners, gardeners, and other service providers. Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repair work, ensuring mínimal disruption to household routines. Manage household budgets, paying bills, and tracking expenses. Organize and maintain household inventories, ensuring supplies are stocked and reordered as needed. Plan and coordinate household events and functions.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, where possible. Enlist the services of vendors went needed. Troubleshoot and resolve household issues promptly to maintain a safe and functional environment. Inspect and maintain household systems and appliances to ensure they are in good working order. Maintain records of all repairs, maintenance, and keep vendors list.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE | **Has previous experience working in a similar role, managing two preteens and a household.

Interest in baseball or any athletics such as fitness and wellness. The boys love fitness and being active, so someone to match this works best. A love for animals - dogs and rabbits.

**THE REQUIREMENTS |**

Proven experience as a house manager, manny, family assistant or similar role. Strong practical skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of household systems and appliances.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and operating tools and equipment.

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Clear background screening and driving record. Has a valid driver's license and their own vehicle for on-the-job driving.
CPR certified

**THE SCHEDULE | **Monday through Friday, 8/9 AM to 5/7 PM, flexibility required.

**THE RATE | **$95,000 to $105,000 annually, paid leave, health benefits.

**THE START DATE | **June/July 2024

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
