- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
- Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
- Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring user satisfaction. - Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
- Must be able to work at heights.
