**Responsibilities**
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots and pans by hand or via commercial dish/glass washer
- Quickly and safely polishing a wide variety of glassware
- The ability to go up and down stairs with glassware trays
- Dry and polish all serviceware, glassware and flatware
- Maintaining the restrooms in service (guest and staff)
- Breaking down stations at the end of service.
- Report any maintenance deficiencies to appropriate resource
- Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets
- Removal of garbage and waste to compactors or recycling bins Maintain general cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms and outside areas

**Requirements**:

- 1 or more year experience of dishwashing or comparable position
- Ability to operate dish machines, cleaning tools and other required equipment safely
- Ability to follow instructions, anticipate needs, and multitask Can work individually and within a team environment

**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 35 pounds Must be able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
