Blaise Alexander Business Development Center **located in Downtown Williamsport, PA** is looking for **BDC Sales Representatives** to join our growing team

**Training pay is $15.63/hr* (Opportunities available to make more after 90 days) We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.**

**A Day in the Life of a BDC Sales Representative (but not limited to)**:

- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries
- Use precise scripts provided by the dealership when responding to customer inquiries to satisfy the dealership and manufacturer goals
- Project a warm and helpful approach while answering queries and providing general or related vehicle sales information
- Schedule sales appointments for dealership salespeople
- Collect and track all customer information as directed and record it appropriately into the BDC database
- Maintain and communicate to our customers a high level of product and inventory expertise

**Qualifications include but are not limited to**:

- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean criminal background record
- Upbeat, positive, smile while you dial
- Ability to be self-motivated
- Ability to manage heavy phone contact
