Day and night shift positions available on a 2-2-3 schedule; 6:00 am/pm

Available Positions
- Wax Technicians are responsible for assembling the wax molds to prepare them for the next step in the manufacturing process
- Dip/De-Wax Technicians are responsible for coordinating the dipping of wax patterns into the ceramic slurry to develop the shell coat and then evaluating the wax from the mold
- Melt/Rough Clean Technicians are responsible for converting parts into metal by transferring liquid metals into molds and then removing the ceramic mold from the parts
- Finishing Technicians are responsible for ensuring the parts are defect-free, meet customer specifications, and are shipped to the customer

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or HSED/GED equivalent preferred
- Must possess good computer skills and be able to learn new skills as needed
- Previous experience is not required but is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures
- Fast-paced environment
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear
- Use hands to work tools, controls, etc.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously throughout the shift
