Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all front desk activities such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Prioritize guest satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring that the property consistently meets or exceeds guest service expectations.
- Ensure all guest inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled promptly and resolved to the satisfaction of the guest prior to departure to help drive service scores.
- Coach, mentor, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability that empowers team members to thrive and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk software (OPERA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and guest services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for better guest interactions

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
