**Job Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are accurately selected and prepared for shipment, meeting the high standards our customers expect. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurate Selection: Select products accurately according to customer orders, ensuring the correct items and quantities are picked.
- Efficient Packing: Pack products securely for shipment, using appropriate materials to protect items during transit.
- Order Verification: Verify that orders are complete and correct before shipment, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Labeling and Documentation: Label packages clearly and correctly, and maintain accurate records of orders and shipments.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in selecting and packing orders.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
