**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client progress and report any changes in health status to the supervising nurse

**Experience**:

- Experience in caregiving or working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to provide catheter care if required
- Proficiency in medication administration and adherence to prescribed schedules
- Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking for clients with dietary restrictions
