**WHERE WE OPERATE**

Rent Right Management Solutions is located in Prescott Arizona, with properties throughout the Quad Cities area (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey).

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This includes receiving maintenance requests, troubleshooting, assigning, overseeing, following up, noting and billing maintenance reported through a variety of channels. It also includes attending required meetings, running weekly reports for work orders, invoices and payables. Remaining current on Arizona property management laws and licensing. Fostering and maintaining a positive relationship with Vendors, Owners, Residents and Co-workers alike.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Currently posses or be willing to obtain an Arizona Real Estate Sales License within 90 days of hire
- Property maintenance knowledge base
- High energy, good judgment and sound decision-making skills
- Pass a background check which shows a clean and clear record
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be self-motivated
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Great organizational skills and ability to stay on task
- Must be a team player and willing to assist co-workers
- Must have the ability to multi-task efficiently and handle many demands at one time
- Ability to use computer and typical office software to prepare documents, spreadsheets and correspondence.
- Ability to type information with accuracy and speed, customer service skills, and knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to learn assigned clerical tasks readily and adhere to prescribed routines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public.
