**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, pool upkeep, and general room maintenance.
- Conduct repairs on machinery, equipment, or building systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with mechanical systems and perform necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with management to determine maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent guest service when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
- Experience in facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Welding experience not required but helpful.
- Complete work orders from other staff members.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: $14.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
