Your expertise in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functionality, efficiency, and effectiveness of our operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, stakeholders, and IT professionals, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust business systems that drive our mission to provide exceptional service and user experiences in the insurance industry. **How You Will Make an Impact**:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders, to analyze and refine business processes and systems.
Utilize your extensive experience (6+ years) to provide technical leadership and mentorship in business systems analysis.
Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in business process optimization and systems analysis.
**Process Improvement**: Work with teams to design, document, and implement streamlined business processes and workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirement Elicitation and Documentation**: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
**System Integration**: Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration between business systems, optimizing data flow and user experience.
**Problem Solving**: Work with team members to identify and address complex technical issues and business challenges, promoting continuous improvement in our operations.

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
Strong proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and relevant business analysis methodologies.
Extensive experience in system integration and optimization.
Sound grasp of industry-standard tools for business analysis and documentation.
Continuous learning keeping pace with evolving tech and trends in business systems analysis.

**What Will Make You Stand Out**:
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
Experience within the financial or insurance industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

**Base Pay Range**:
$144,630.00 - $176,770.00
