**Who we are**
The City of Chandler Public Housing Authority is administered by the Housing and Redevelopment Division, which oversees and manages Public Housing units and the Housing Choice Voucher: Section 8 program.
- The division also operates and links to other supportive services for those living in affordable and federally subsidized housing programs. Our primary focus is to provide affordable rental housing for low-income households. On occasion, we develop, operate or link to other affordable housing opportunities.

Our new team members will have a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking for someone to supervise staff and plans, develop and administer affordable housing programs and services; ensuring compliance with federal, state and local policies and laws.

- **Minimum qualifications**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Affairs, Communications or related field
- 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the management of assisted and affordable housing programs
- 1 year of experience working in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
