Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Building Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Fabricate and install various components as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and address any maintenance-related concerns promptly

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience in maintaining commercial buildings or facilities preferred
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Pay: $16.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 50 per week
