The Customer Service Manager plays a vital role on the team, reporting to the Director of Sales. This position supervises a team of customer service representatives, supporting their growth to provide an incredible customer experience for both internal and external customers, while also improving workflows and operational efficiencies. The Customer Service Manager will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department.

As a successful Customer Service Manager, you will:

- Build long standing relationships with internal and external customers that trust you
- Consistently grow as a Customer Service Manager while focusing on optimizing effective workflow processes, systems and solutions for the organization
- Have an ideal opportunity to develop a top-notch Customer Service team
- Build relationships and partner with cross functional team members to provide an exceptional customer service experience

Customer Service Manager core responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing process and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Planning, directing, supervising, and coordinating work activities of direct reports
- Manages the customer service operations, which deals directly with customers and is the first point of contact
- Develop, track and report key performance measurements for the customer service department

Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

- 3-5+ years of prior management and customer service experience
- Proficient in Intermediate Math with Working experience with Excel and Gantt charts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, Pipedrive a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-motivated and highly organized

Salary range: 55-65k depending on experience, education, and proficiency

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm- Equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
