Are you a skilled and enthusiastic landscape construction professional seeking a stable and rewarding career opportunity? Seabreeze Property Services is currently hiring dedicated individuals to join our Construction Division. As a **Landscape** **Construction Crew Member,** you will be an integral part of our team, working on planting, hardscaping, and excavation projects. During the winter months, you will work in our Snow Division as an equipment operator or part of a shoveling crew. This is a full-time position with overtime offered whenever available.

**Crew members will be responsible for**:

- The execution of landscape construction work including planting, grading, bed preparation, timber and boulder walls, sod installation, mulching, drainage work, and other landscape construction tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site and assisting the Foreman in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer

**Requirements**:

- Previous professional experience with hardscaping/construction work is a Plus
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily
- Appreciation for efficiency
- Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks in the heat, sun, and rain; such as kneeling, squatting, reaching, and pulling with speed and efficiency
- Willing to comply with background check and drug test
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
