**Summary: Field Installation Technician**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance service to doors, dock equipment and various other

material handling equipment.
- Evaluate and diagnose technical problems and determine proper repair/solutions.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent service.
- Comply with company safety procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Professional demeanor in all customer and company encounters.
- Strong analytical mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting
- Self-motivated, team player, with ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Dependable, excellent attendance and punctual time record
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Able to stand for hours at a time and climb ladders, comfortable with heights
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Proficient using power tools, hand tools, smart phone, and tablet PC
- Technical degree or certification a plus
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be 18 years of age or older
