**Job Summary**: As a Lawn Care Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of lawn care operations within our company. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality lawn care services to our clients while maintaining efficient operations and achieving customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of lawn care technicians and work closely with management to meet business goals and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of lawn care technicians.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper utilization of resources and adherence to schedules.
- Motivate and support team members to maintain high levels of productivity and quality of work.

2. **Operations Management**:

- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, routes, and assignments for the team.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and materials, and coordinate replenishment as needed.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Implement quality control measures and address any issues or deficiencies promptly.

4. **Customer Service**:

- Interact with clients to understand their lawn care needs and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Provide recommendations for lawn care services and upsell additional services when appropriate.

5. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to lawn care operations.

6. **Training and Development**:

- Conduct ongoing training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to lawn care.

7. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, services rendered, and materials used.
- Generate reports on team performance, productivity, and customer feedback for management review\

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, fertilizers, pesticides, and weed control methods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in lawn care or landscaping are a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.85 - $22.80 per hour
