We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, intelligent, _**Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Administrator**_.

**Your Life as a Lawn and Landscape Administrator**

The _**Lawn and Landscape Administrator **_reports to Executive Management and assists with managing the daily operations of the maintenance division. As the _**Lawn and Landscape Administrator**_, _you will be a key point of contact to our field and office staff for administrative and personnel related matters. This role is an opportunity to grow your management skills.
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to Management and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Maintenance administration includes preparing contracts & proposals, purchase orders and equipment rentals.
- Responsible for handling mark outs and reviewing close out documents.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Assist with preparation of proposals and bids presentations.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, phone support and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- **Knowledge of Aspire preferred, but not required.**:

- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.

- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- At least two years of related experience required.
