ABSOLUTE REQUIRMENTS(Responsibilities listed below):

- Understand English enough to communicate with clients
- Be able to drive a truck with a trailer attached
- Lead a crew of 1-3 team members
- Have a SSN or ITIN and a valid drivers license

Details:

- Located in Wall, NJ
- Starting compensation: $22-30 (based on experience)

Local landscaping company specializing in:

- Lawn Maintenance
- Mulch and Stone
- Sod Installation
- Tree, shrub and plant care/installation

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Lawn maintenance: Using a zero-turn lawn mower, trimmers, blowers and weed eaters
- Lift heavy objects and withstand labor intensive jobs such as mulching, shoveling, laying sod, stonework, etc.
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers
- Sod installation
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment to complete the job
- Use and operate skid-steers
- Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, and lifting
- Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscape equipment, shop and vehicles
- Comply with all company policies and regulations
- Customer service
- you must have the ability to interact with customers in a polite and courteous manner. BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND A HOLD A CONVERSATION IN ENGLISH
- Reliable transportation to and from work
