**Position**:Floor Technician Supervisor

**Location**:Scranton, PA

**Wage: $45,000 - $50,000**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure maintenance of floors is completed based on a project calendar
- Run floor care equipment to clean both finished and non-finished floors
- Strip and refinish floors
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets
- Restore floors and perform preventative maintenance
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on floor equipment
- Monitor approximately 5-6 staff members, performing quality assurance inspections
- Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks
- Prior to employment, applicable background checks and drug screening will be required. _

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
