Core Responsibilities:
- Own the analysis and documentation of the technical workday setup in the area of HCM and Recruitment to ensure the design is well understood and aligned to requirements- Translate business requirements into effective and sustainable technology solutions- Facilitate design sessions with key stakeholders, while keeping technology capabilities and best practices in mind- Independently implement workday configurations, mange testing and technical documentation, and work with internal IT or 3rd party suppliers where needed- Proactively monitor new capabilities and identify opportunities to bring value to the HR organization- Establish a clear product roadmap using agile methodologies-
- Support creation of training materials, and ensure 1st level support is equipped to handle common support inquiries and maintenance tasks- Serve as a 2nd level support over the respective product domain, and where applicable escalate issues with Workday or 3rd party supplier

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, alternatively a Workday consultancy background- Proven experience (> 4 years) in Workday HCM and Recruitment, certification is a plus- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams

Salary range:
$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
