About This Role

The Store Planning Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Store Planning team in the set-up of capital projects - both for new stores and for existing store remodels. The coordinator will complete the intake of projects, facilitate scheduling with our outside measuring company, prepare files in AutoCAD and JDA for the store planner to use that adequately capture the building, fixtures and merchandising as it exists in the store today.

What You’ll Do
- Once existing As-Built plans are received by the Coordinator from our third-party measuring company, he/she will work through the process of cleaning up these AutoCAD files to ensure the blocks are up to planning standards and capabilities.
- For all Remodel projects, the Coordinator will then take the location code & fixture plan into JDA. He/she will use Alteryx tools to determine the current layout of the store - referencing store ordering data and using the virtual walk-through from our third-party measuring company. The Coordinator will create an As-Merchandised plan using the existing store planogram mapping to create a plan that adequately captures every 4 foot section in the store as it exists today (pre-project and store planning).
- Once the As-Built and As-Merchandised Plans are complete, the Coordinator will notify the Store Planner that he/she is ready to begin meeting with the store and field team to begin the process of updating the store.
- The Coordinator will be in charge of all project intake. This consists of: setting up the measurement with the third-party measuring company, logging the intake and set-up in Smartsheet, creating the project identifier in each individual Store Planner’s database and creating template files in the LAN.
- Once store plans are finalized, the Coordinator will print Fixture, Overlay, Merchandise & Décor plans using corporate plotters and send to the Retailer pre-project.
- Maintain excel based reports that are auto-generated from AutoCAD and JDA. Update blocks or report out data, as necessary.

**Required Skills**:

- Associate Degree in Architectural Design with 1-2 years experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk and Adobe Photoshop.
- Exposure or experience in Floor Planning, JDA CKB software and Smartsheet a plus
- Ability to connect cross-functionally and influence others, including outside consultants
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with an aptitude for influencing and selling
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in data mining, manipulation, and analysis

Compensation Details:
$55070 - $68800 per year
