**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Input data from various sources into the computer system accurately and efficiently.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a secure manner.
- Answer phones from customers and input data.
- Communicate with sales staff and input data.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to transcribe data accurately and quickly.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and procedures.
- Experience with clerical tasks such as data collection and order entry.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to Commute:

- Azusa, CA 91702 (preferred)
