A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Alternatively, a minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance if a degree is not held.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing QA teams and testing processes.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies and plans.

Expertise in various testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing, regression testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.

Proficiency in QA tools and software such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, QTP, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA's role within it.

Knowledge of coding and scripting languages used in automated testing (e.g., Python, Java).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to analyze complex systems and develop test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Ability to document and communicate QA processes, test results, and quality issues clearly and concisely.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide QA team members.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and best practices.

Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall quality of the product.

Certifications (preferred): ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification or equivalent. And Six Sigma Certification or equivalent.

Additional Requirements:
A track record of successful quality assurance delivery in complex and dynamic environments.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
