Front Desk Lead - Lourdes H&F

**The Role**:
Lourdes Health & Fitness is seeking a Lead Front Desk Attendant who has excellent communication and customer service skills. The Lead Front Desk Attendant is responsible for greeting guests as they enter and exit the facility, answering phone calls, and directing callers to appropriate personnel. They must respond quickly and effectively to customer needs. The front desk is the first point of contact for current and prospective members and, therefore, must be supervised by individuals that possess an array of competencies and the capacity to carry out multiple functions in a timely manner.

The Lead Front Desk Attendant duties include, but are not limited to:

- Directing phone calls to their respective destinations
- Annotate clear and concise messages
- Communicate with all departments to get messages delivered
- Schedule/confirm appointments
- Receive payments
- Remain aware of safety alert system and follow protocol

**Lead Front Desk Attendant Qualifications**:

- Have past experience in retail and/or customer interaction would be preferred
- Ability to lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Warm and friendly disposition
- This is **not** a temporary position
- Bilingual is a plus

Pay: $15.13 - $17.00 per hour
