Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales opportunities.

**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through data entry into our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
