Job Summary:
As project manager, you will play a critical role in steering innovative projects that align with our strategic objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the development and execution of project plans, ensuring they meet established timeframes, budget targets, and quality standards. You will work closely with the founder and the various teams being assembled, including R&D, human resources, and marketing, to bring our groundbreaking products to market.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that consider scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Analyze potential risks and liabilities associated with project activities and find ways to mitigate those risks.
- Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
- Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials involved in the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management, especially within a startup or technology-focused environment.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Familiarity with RAN technologies and photonics.
- PMP, PRINCE II, or similar certification will be an advantage.
