We are a medium-size company but we have a large international presence in the fuel cell industry, and we need a self-motivated person to add to our team to help grow. **The main purpose of this position is to assist in the manufacturing with our CNC Laser Cutter, general tooling, and general assembly. Programming would be a plus.**

**Duties Include**:

- Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and numerical control machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts.
- Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work-piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapers.
- Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications. Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.
- Design, create and develop fixtures and tooling as necessary.
- Assembly of final products.
- Assisting other employees with general tasks and duties.

**Qualifications**:

- CNC Experience (2+ year)
- Proven experience as an operator
- Precision & Accuracy (manual dexterity)
- Experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders etc.)
- Experience with Tormach & Mikron MSM a plus.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
