Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Staff Level Operations Advisor to join our team

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Provide the Army G2 (Intelligence), and other Government staff support for senior-level Government decision making for Intelligence Community agencies, DoD, service, and commands. Lead the Staff Level Operations Team to:

- Provide technical expertise to the Government with conducting research, analysis, and coordination of strategy, policy, and doctrine.
- Provide support to the Government with executive-level projects as well as analyze, assess, and develop future strategy and guidance governing client OSINT operations.
- Support client-based equities in Intelligence Community, DoD, and interagency policy formulations on OSINT issues and foreign partner agreements.
- Conduct research for the strategic and conceptual guidance to Intelligence Community leaders
- Conduct novel and systematic analyses to improve and enhance OSINT activities.
- Conduct data assembly and analysis; participate in focus groups; prepare draft documents and presentations; and coordinate work among project team members.
- Provide intelligence, information sharing, safeguarding integration, and coordination efforts.
- Address Intelligence Community issues through interaction and collaboration with appropriate mission partners.
- Support the advancement of key intelligence and information sharing projects with proper agency coordination in a timely and effective manner.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelors & 18+ years of related experience, Masters & 16+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 13+ years of experience
- Ability to develop, implement, and/or maintain one or a combination of accounting systems.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures to resolve problems and prepare recommendations for management based on the financial results of programs.
- Skills to analyze current and past budgets, prepare and justify budget requests, and allocate funds according to spending priorities; to analyze accounting records to determine financial resources required to implement programs and submit recommendations for budget allocations; to recommend approval or disapproval of requests for funds and advise staff on cost analysis and fiscal allocations.
- TS/SCI Clearance required

**Minimum Clearance Required to Start**:
