**Responsibilities**:
Provide departmental support and lead the staff in the Distribution department.
- Coordinate and lead distribution activities on a daily basis under the direction of Distribution operation management
- Responsible for the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product within the Company’s standard operating procedures
- Monitor inbound and outbound activities
- Support staff as needed in performing job functions such as storing, picking, packing, shipping and receiving
- Maintain product location system and ensure optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation
- Assist in inventory control
- Promote the efficient and safe operation of product handling equipment
- Participate in implementing work schedules and ensuring that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly
- Complete all necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner
- With the guidance of the Supervisor, conduct general staff training
- Ensure staff is compliant with company policies
- Handle other job assignments as determined by the direct Supervisor
- Hourly Range $23 - $26

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution and/or transportation
- Must have experience working in inbound, outbound, inventory and/or VAS
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills
- Strong teamwork skills and inclination
- Good communications skill - listening, providing and receiving feedback
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
- Ability to frequently stand, bend, twist, reach, lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects in a warehouse setting.
- Must be flexible with working hours includin working overtime

Will work with all levels in the organization
