Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician.

**Field Service Technician**
- Install, maintain, and repair motors and other electrical equipment in the field
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with motors and other equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Motor Tech
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
