**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
The IT Program Manager will support the team in the following activities (including but not limited to):

- Direct activities to meet the sponsor’s organizational work objectives and serve as a liaison to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems
- Engage project stakeholders to collect/manage their requirements and expectations
- Work with developers and engineers to turn customer requirements into system requirements to be developed, tested and implemented
- Create and maintain project management documentation
- Maintain individual project schedules and schedule forecasts
- Properly manage priorities and time to meet project milestones and due dates
- Identify risks and issues and track/manage them until they are resolved
- Document project progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures
- Provide regular status reporting (including project status briefings) to the sponsor, stakeholders and project team on progress toward objectives
- Respond to ad-hoc data calls and tasks from Senior Leadership

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

- A minimum of eighteen (18) years of relevant experience without a degree is required; OR sixteen (16) years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; OR fourteen (14) years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree.
- Knowledge/experience in managing projects through entire development system life-cycle
- Familiarity with Scrum, Lean, Agile and DevOps models
- Understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions

Location: Chantilly, VA

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working with the government
- Familiarity with the customer’s Project Management Framework

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
