**Qualifications**:

- Three to five years of experience in plant management and/ or construction management;
- Winning attitude, confident decision making, practical problem solving and strong leadership skills necessary;
- Outstanding history of positive management experience;
- Supervisory background and skill set expected;
- Honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness are of the utmost importance;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced / demanding environment;
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills;
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook helpful;
- Credit and Background checks are performed;
