One of our best clients, a manufacturer in the RTE food processing industry, is confidentially seeking a Plant Manager.
- They began business over 60 years ago, specializing in fresh ingredients and preparation. Today they are one of the largest vertically integrated producers of their in-demand product. They are a proven recession durable employer.
- They have a close-knit culture where everyone knows you on a first-name basis.
- They are family first and support you when life arises. They celebrate wins with cookouts and bring in lunch often. The next step for this position is VP of Maintenance, so there is room to grow
- Seven plus years of experience in the maintenance realm, some food processing experience is desired as well as an Engineering degree or similar relevant experience.
- HACCP, USDA. OSHA, FDA, EPA, Food Safety, PMs, PLC programming, Electrical blueprints, WWTP.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish desired
