**Location: Mt. Prospect, IL**

The main role of the Customer Relations Advocate Support (CRAS) position is to manage and handle customer issues after receipt of an order. This includes but is not limited to: Returns, Payment Disputes, Credits, Debits and Order Discrepancies: receiving and pricing. The CRA is responsible for working internally with the other CRA's, Lead Advocates, Supervisor and Managers.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Inside Sales Support
- Provide Quality Service to Customers
- Submit and Manage RBA's (Return Bearing Authorization)
- Submit and Manage Credit/Debit Requests
- Submit and Manage WHD's (Warehouse Discrepancies)
- Investigate and close Payment Disputes (PD's)
- Manage the DOL (Distributor-On-Line) log-in requests.
- Support the IAM BU by Processing Orders
- Entering and correcting EDI bombs
- Working and managing various reports
- Support the IAM BU by successfully answering Live Chats on DOL (Distributor-On-Line) when needed.
- Any additional responsibilities / tasks as required by Management.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferably in business or related field; or three to five years of related experience or some equivalent combination.
- Demonstrated proficiency with customer focus with the ability to engage and diffuse dissatisfied customers.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with ERP systems
- The ability to work individually and as a member the of team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Basic Excel Skills, JDE Knowledge, product knowledge
